Of Flawed Seductions and Lonely Struggles
Two days.
I lost my saviour.
We build cathedrals to our pain,
The deeds I chose for our everlasting unity
ruptured heaven.
Establish monuments to attain,
You fly away a one winged.
Am I a freakish abomination?
Freedom from all of the scars and the sins,
Can I please ask
for a change of heart?
Lest we drown in the darkness within.

ohhh i love the way two poems inter-weave here!
unsettling doubts often seem to energise us to try even more for that cosmic moment … enlightenment .. a blisteringly perfect moment when Everything’s All Right …
this is simultaneously delicate and desperate .. divinely human …

Thank you so much! 😀 Yes I felt the two texts implemented each other in a very good great. I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought that.
Yes, I agree with what you say. Sometimes when your life seems darkest you reach a point of clarity where you truly see who you are and what has become of you. It is from this point you can chose to really change you life around – on the cost of momentary depression, of course.
