this is mysterious, the ocean stands for the sky? or am i taking it too literally. It sounds sooo deep, but i just can´t get my finger around it..
Yes it does – but still doesn’t. it is both. It is that which is beautiful and found in nature (such as love).
When I says that he “hung” it both means that he’s hanging in the tree but also that he is hanging dead (with a noose) because he tries to reach for something he cannot comprehend or grasp (e.g. the entire sky/ocean). All he can ever wish for is a fragment of what he seeks – like a picture from a camera – an illusion of “the real.” To explain it briefly 😉
