Treasures Forgotten
A golden map,
to a treasure lost,
led men on a quest,
for a chest long lost.
Death and plague,
filled their journey,
yet one man survived,
and reached the goal.
He opened the chest,
and found it empty.
He grieved,
for himself,
and the dead.
He turned the map,
and found it to be,
a lost childhood dream.
