I recall dreams of flowers and a fear of life.
I feel this liquid eternity.
What dreamless life does it bring?
What did we leave behind?
Would you prefer to be mortal
and live with all the suffering we had?

That’s an interesting poem. I like the image of “liquid eternity” – I imagine, for some odd reason, a honey-like drool … (if that sounded disgusting, I didn’t mean it in any bad way :P).
Haha, no it’s not disgusting. They do say honey is the nectar of life, after all 🙂
ingenious!
Thank you, my friend! 😀
This makes me think of an underwater, immortal world. While there is nothing to fear, there is the flip side to it: nothing to live for.
That is actually quite interesting because I thought of this poem while listening to an album (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/01011001) about an intelligent race who rises from the sea to find a new home. They call it an immortal world without frontiers and walls.
Is that a typo in the first line?
Yes it was. Thank you for noticing! 🙂
